אבל אמר תנו מאתים זוז לפלוני ואחריו לפלוני ואחריו לפלוני אומרין כל הקודם בשטר זוכה לפיכך יצא עליו שט"ח גובה מן האחרון אין לו גובה משלפניו אין לו גובה משלפני פניו

[that] whoever is [mentioned] in the deed first gains possession [first]. Hence, [if] a note of indebtedness was produced against him,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' The testator.
